If this is compounded by other factors, the performance can become unsatisfactory. For this reason, we recommend ordering frozen gel packs along with your liquid yeast when temperatures are expected to be above about 70 degrees F along the route. Additionally, we will NOT ship liquid yeasts outside of the U.S. and Canada. If you order a liquid yeast, you can expect us to make a reasonable substitution of dry yeast. Dry forms are more stable, and more likely to survive the trip. We'd rather give you a yeast that we know will make it. There are many quality dry yeasts, and this is a better choice.
